Job Description

CHANCES is looking for a Smart Play Float Team Lead to support our after-school programs. This is a dynamic role that provides program support across multiple locations while also coaching, mentoring, and training staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:30–5:30 PM

Wage: $18.62/hour

Status: Permanent (pending School Age Certificate approval)

  • Plan and deliver play-based learning activities.
  • Build positive relationships with children and families.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and support for staff.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive program environment

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • School Age Certification (or working toward approval)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Reliable transportation
